Gallery Exhibit Features Local Muralist

Thomas Christopher Haag, who created the colorful murals at Holistic Veterinary Care on Piedmont Avenue, is one of the featured artists in a new exhibition opening today, Saturday, April 28 at , 4125 Piedmont Ave., Oakland.

Spiritual Journeys also features work by Darwin Price, who will give an artist talk at 4 p.m. today. A reception follows, from 5 to 7:30 p.m. the public is invited.

The show also includes work by about 30 other Bay Area artists. It runs through Friday, May 25. The gallery's regular hours are Wednesday through Friday, 2 to 6 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
