Anian Tunney, top producer at the Grubb Company in Piedmont Oakland and Berkeley, CA achieved the number 2 position in total closed sales for 2012, at $47 million of 30 homes.  Anian  is a consistent top producer, and according to her clients, she achieves this milestone because she has a pulse on the community like no other real estate agent.  Her knowledge, experience and networking in the Piedmont community are invaluable in finding the special home for her clients.
