On August 8th of this year, Spencer Kim went to practice as usual. Little did he know that his football season was about to make a big change. Ryan Sullivan, senior quarterback, was injured during practice and junior Spencer Kim became the starting quarterback of the team. Meeting the challenge of being ready to play in 11 practice days before the first game was not easy.
Spencer is 6'2" and weighs 175 lb. Like everything he does, Spencer has applied himself diligently to being the best quarterback he can be. He is always ready to "run routes" during off-practice time and his play book is memorized. Coach Kev describes his work ethic as "Excellent!" His teammates talk about how well he reads the field.
Watch for #8, Spencer Kim.
