Donate to Toys for Tots at Piedmont Fire Dept.

Playthings for babies and toddlers are especially needed this year.

From a Piedmont Fire Department press release:

The Piedmont Fire Department joins the U.S. Marine Corps to help the Toys for Tots Foundation collect toys for children who are less fortunate.

This year there is an overwhelming need for toys, especially for children 0 to 3 years.

Toys may be dropped off at the Piedmont Fire Department, 120 Vista Ave., through Dec. 16.

The Marine Corps Toys for Tots Foundation, is an IRS recognized 501(c)(3) not-for-profit public charity is the fundraising, funding and support organization for the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program. The mission of the Foundation is to provide a tangible sign of hope to economically disadvantaged children during Christmas.
