On the Campaign Trail for School Support Tax

Volunteers turned out in force last Saturday to campaign in favor of Measure A, the school support tax on the Nov. 5 ballot, knocking on doors throughout Piedmont.

Earlier, precinct workers attended a training session at the home of Doug Ireland, co-chair of the campaign, and his wife Mary.

Jennifer Fox and Gary Korotzer captured their activites in photos.

The League of Women Voters of Piedmont will hold a forum with speakers presenting both sides of the issue on Feb. 7.
