For decades, Piedmont Avenue has been host to one of the most fun, family-friendly Halloween parades and celebrations around. As always, it was held the Saturday before Halloween. Merchants opened their doors this past weekend to hundreds of youngsters in their scariest costumes, people dressed up their pets, and sunny skies made for a delightfully ghoulish day.
