AC Transit Contract Talks Resume Today
Unions representing AC Transit employees have not announced a strike date. They have said they will give the public 24 hours' notice before striking.

BART will provide charter bus service to San Francisco from the Fremont, El Cerrito del Norte, East Dublin/Pleasanton and Walnut Creek BART stations, beginning at 5 a.m.
 This bus service will only be able to accomodate between 2,000 and 4,000 riders a day each way.
