From mutt to Maltese, they dressed up Wednesday morning for Doggie Howloween at Piedmont Park. Costumed canines appeared as skunks, court jesters, race horses and sports "rufferees" — even in matching costumes with their owners. The treats were a hit with the four-legged participants. The event is an annual tradition for many Piedmont pooches and their people.
