'Come Fly With Me' - Piedmont High School A Cappella Revue

The A Cappella Choir’s annual revue, “Come Fly With Me” will be presented Friday, June 3 through Sunday, June 5 at the Alan Harvey Theater on the PHS campus.

Directed and choreographed by Joseph Piazza, “Come Fly With Me” is a tribute to the great jazz singers of the 1950’s, and will include songs made famous by Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Sammy Davis, Jr., Dean Marin, Bobby Darrin, and others. Classic 50’s pieces such as Sway, Satin Doll, Blue Skies, Fly Me To the Moon, Beyond the Sea, and Old Devil Moon will be featured.

All 140 a cappella students will be performing in “Come Fly With Me”; in large and small group numbers, and many as featured soloists.

Performance times are:

  • Friday, June 3 - 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, June 4 - 8 p.m.
  • Sunday, June 5 - 2 p.m.
  • Sunday, June 5 - 7:30 p.m.

A limited number of $25.00 reserved seat tickets are available for the Friday and Sunday performances. Reserved seat tickets for Saturday evening include the Benefit Gala at the home of Andrea and Paul Swenson from  5-7:30 p.m., and are $75.00 per person.
