ReCreate Art Competition

The Oakland Public Works Agency is teaming up with the Museum of Chilren's Art (MOCHA) to bring kids and teens a juried art competition.

Kids will create art using recycled materials and have their artwork judged by experts from MOCHA. Public Works provides the supplies. Come see what you can come up with!
