Piedmont Homes Sold in March 2012

A wide range of prices, days on market among Piedmont houses that closed escrow in March 2012

Piedmont home sales were in the single digits last month, roughly comparable to December 2011.

Asking prices varied widely, from $699,000 for a three-bedroom, one-plus bath home on Winsor Avenue to $1,895,000 for a four-bedroom, four-plus bath residence on Huntleigh Road. Four sold for more than the asking price, five for less.

Three homes sold for less than $1 million, none for more than $2 million.

Note: Close of escrow for the last home on the list, 11 Huntleigh Rd., was actually in late February 2012.
