Piedmont Homes Sold in July 2012

Two-thirds of sales were for more than the list price, one-third below. Seven homes sold for less than $1 million, seven for between $1 million and $1,499,000, and four for $2 million or more, including one at $3.2 million.

While most of the homes sold within a month of coming on the market, three lingered into their second month.

Prices were lower than the comparable period last year. In July 2011, 14 homes sold in Piedmont, all but one for more than $1 million.
