Reception for Wildwood Art Teacher's New Show at Harper Greer March 7

Save the date: new store, new show, new works by Suzie Skugstad — plus wine and nibbles.

Harper Greer, the new women's clothing store opened by Piedmont resident Terry Kiskaddon and her husband last month in Oakland's Uptown district, will display new works by Suzie Skugstad in March.

The oening reception for the Wildwood Elementary School art teacher's show is scheduled for Thursday, March 7, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the store, 43 Grand Ave., Oakland (at Broadway). Art lovers are invited to drop by for wine and nibbles while they view Skugstad's work.

Kiskaddon says this is the inaugural show in what she plans as a monthly series, with an opening reception on the first Thursday of each month.

Harper Greer sells locally designed and produced clothing for "curvy girls," as well as accessories and other locally made items.

For more information, call the store at 510.899.5622.

My daughter was a camp counselor at this camp last summer. It is a really unique camp. What aRead More great experience for kids. I wish something like this was available when my kids were young. Parents should definitely check it out!!
