In the works: a "new school" coffeehouse at 41st Street and Broadway in Oakland that will cater to work-from-home business people who need a spot with free Wi-Fi, plenty of electrical outlets and even a conference room they can rent.

Oakland resident Dominick Scala is hoping to raise funds via crowdfunding for an Internet cafe at 41st and Broadway in Oakland that will cater to work-from-home folks, the East Bay Express reports.
