Archstone Spa on Piedmont Avenue closed late last year and the space is still available. We would like to know what you would like to see there.
This space is located at 3923 Piedmont Ave. at Monte Vista Ave. Archstone Spa invested about $500,000 into renovations, building separate rooms and showers. The broker prefers to keep most of what they’ve built. The way the space is now configured it would be ideal for some type of personal service like another spa, massage therapist, doctor’s office, chiropractor, etc. But it is possible to reconfigure it to another type of use.
