Dance crazes have been taking the world by storm one 8-count at a time, and people LOVE how much fun and freedom they can have while still working up a GREAT sweat. 

Pilates ProWorks Oakland is jumping on this dance train with Mandy and *guest instructor* Momo LeBeau as the lead, so get ready to shake, pop and sweat! 

No experience necessary - come dance with us!
