2.5-Magnitude Earthquake Strikes Near Crockett

The small temblor was reported at 7:56 p.m. Thursday.

Bay City News Service—An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 2.5 struck the East Bay Thursday night, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The USGS reported that the temblor rattled an area two miles north of Crockett at 7:56 p.m. It had a depth of 4.5 miles.
