Ardley Avenue & Hampel Street will be host to electric, cargo, and folding bicycles, electric cars, and Oakland's own Sungevity, Inc., with their solar-powered ice cream truck. The Oakland Climate Action Coalition will provide information on how to start a green strategy for your household. StopWaste of Alameda County will present their new Home Energy Analyzer tool that outlines steps to a more energy efficient home. We will also have a science workshop for kids and adults hosted by the Lawrence Hall of Science. The East Bay Bicycle Coalition will be here to talk about the bicycle lanes project for Park Blvd. And a fabulous resident artist and educator will lead a studio class in developing artworks from recycled materials.
