Last Albany Beach cleanup of 2013

Please come down on Sunday afternoon for the last beach cleanup of the year!

Golden
Gate Fields is very generously allowing beach cleaners to park for free
in their lot that afternoon. Thank you, Golden Gate Fields! Enter at
Buchanan, tell the parking attendant you're with the beach cleanup, and
drive toward the water. Park behind the dunes and look for the sign-in
table at the beginning of the shoreline trail. We'll have buckets and
gloves -- or bring your own, if you can!

This cleanup is
coordinated by Albany Landfill Dog Owners Group (aldog.org) in
collaboration with East Bay Regional Park District. Thank you, EBRPD!

ALDOG is a California Coastal Commission adopter of Albany Beach. Our March and June cleanups earlier this year brought in 600 pounds of plastics and debris.
