Montclair Village Hosts the 11th Annual Holiday Stroll

The Montclair Village Association invites the public to the 11th Annual Holiday Stroll on Thursday evening, December 5, 2013, from 5:30 - 8:00pm.

Special discounts and promotions are offered as over 40 merchants stay open to greet guests with music, food & drink. Holiday carols will fill the streets with performances by the 20 member Pacific Boychoir Academy, The Piedmont East Bay Children’s Choir, Edna Brewer Middle School, Zion Lutheran Choir, Corpus Christi School MUSE Band, St. John’s Episcopal Church, The Piedmont Troubadours, and the Bishop O’Dowd Brass Ensemble, the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit, all celebrants welcome. Donate a toy to Oakland Firefighters Random Acts toy drive, and then follow The Tap Dancing Christmas Trees for a visit with Santa.

Partial Street closure on Mountain Blvd., and Antioch Ct. most activities are in stores or on the sidewalks. Free parking is provided at the Village Garage on the top of La Salle Ave. from 5 - 9 pm that night. Details are on the MVA Website at www.montclairvillage.com.
