Ticking Tote - Make a Cotton Ticking Tote Bag

Sunday December 1st 1-3pm ages 13+

Learn
how to make a simple and stylish tote bag that can be used as a purse,
lunch bag or small shopping bag.  Sewing tote bags is a great way to
practice your sewing skills while making something that is very useful
and these make great gifts for your friends.  Basic sewing skills
necessary.
$40 + $20 materials fee.

Instructor: Dolin O'Shea

Dolin
O'Shea spent 15 years in the garment industry as a pattern maker and
technical designer. She just finished writing her first sewing book
(which will be released in the Fall of 2014) and develops patterns for
her own company, Lulu Bliss Patterns. She also does freelance work for
Chronicle books as a technical craft book editor. She lives in San Jose,
