Well, the teenagers got well excited by being in the room with the president. My 15-year-old rushed the stage to shake his hand but was blocked by Oakland mayor Jean Quan. But he did manage to get this photo of the president on stage at the Fox Theater. My 11-year-old was also impressed by all the good feelings in the audience and the electricity in the air when President Obama took the stage. All-in-all it was an historic event that I'm sure they'll be telling their own children about for years to come.
