Oakland's Drug Haven Drive

The name of our street in Oakland should be changed to Drug Haven Drive.  There are at least 3 active drug dealers, growers and distributors all within feet of each other and the City does nothing.  Two Sunday  mornings ago all the residents were awakened at 5 am by the sound of automatic gun fire hitting one drug house car in what was obviously a retaliatory action. Does Oakland even have a drug enforcement policy?  The whole thing is a joke and we have to smell meth cooking, drive-up drug transactions and someone who has an irrigation system draining constantly in the street under their house.   It sounds like fiction, but isn't.
