Piedmont Through the Lens of One Real Estate Firm

Does Red Oak Realty's video show the community as you see it?

Red Oak Realty, which has offices on Pleasant Valley Avenue in Oakland and Solano Avenue in Berkeley, recently posted this video of Piedmont on YouTube.

It starts with a sweep through some of the hot spots of the nearby Piedmont Avenue business district—, , —then zooms up the hill to the and . The stylized footage is set to a jaunty, contemporary melody. There are a lot of shots of kids playing sports and scenes from a 4th of July parade.
