Members of the Piedmont Avenue Merchants Association (PAMA) gathered at the Piedmont Avenue Pumpkin Patch Friday to plan the avenue's annual Halloween parade on Saturday, Oct. 26, and the Holiday Stroll on Saturday, Dec. 7.
