Man Arrested in Connection to Murder of Woman Found Dead at Oakland's Lake Merritt

Prince Tsetse, 40, was arrested and charged with the murder of Kimberly Robertson.

The Alameda County District Attorney’s Office charged Prince Tsetse, 40, of Oakland with the murder of Kimberly Robertson.

On April 5, at 6:39 a.m., the Oakland Police Department’s Communications Center received a call from a member of the community reporting a woman lying unresponsive in the 1900 block of 3rd Avenue

Oakland Police Officers responded to the scene and located Kimberly Robertson suffering from injuries to her head. The Oakland Fire Department and Paramedics Plus attempted lifesaving measures; unfortunately, Robertson succumbed to her injuries.

Investigators developed information that led to the arrest of Prince Tsetse on April 17, 2014.

Tsetse, who was arrested last Thursday, is being held without bail at the Santa Rita Jail in Dublin.
