Bay City News Service—The California Highway Patrol arrested a person involved in a two-car crash that left a car overturned on westbound Interstate Highway 580 in Oakland this afternoon (Thursday), a CHP officer said.
The accident was reported just west of Lake Park Avenue at 3:07 p.m., CHP Officer Scott Cakebread said. One car flipped in the accident, but no injuries were reported, he said.
Responding officers discovered that there was a warrant out for one of the people involved in the crash, and he was arrested at the scene, Cakebread said.
