The suspects fled and officers pursued the vehicle, then broke off the chase for fear of endangering public safety, Officer Johnna Watson said. She said the suspects' vehicle later crashed near the intersection of MacArthur and Park boulevards

No one was injured in the crash. The three or four suspects left the car and fled into different yards, Watson said. Police searched the area but did not find the suspects.
