Middle School Sports on Rec Commission Agenda
The Piedmont Recreation Commission meets Wednesday evening
Piedmont Recreation Commission members will hear a progress report Wednesday on plans to improve attendance at Piedmont Middle School sports team practices and games.
A committee led by Commissioner Nick Levinson has been working on handbooks for parents and coaches and on possible steps to lessen scheduling conflicts with youth sports clubs. (You may read more about the committee's plans in this article in The Piedmonter.)
The commission meets Wednesday, May 16, at 7:30 p.m. in the City Hall council chambers, 120 Vista Ave. The meeting will be broadcast on KCOM-TV, cable channel 27. The agenda is attached.
