These Taxes Will Be Due
The City Council approved 2011-2012 municipal services and sewer taxes Monday.
The Piedmont City Council unanimously approved the muncipal services and sewer tax rates for 2011-2012 Monday.
The 1.5 percent increase to both rates over the 2010-2011 rates is based on the local Consumer Price Index.
More than 50 percent of homeowners, those whose property falls in the 5,000 to 9,999 square-foot category, will see $6 added to their municipal services tax bill and $8 added to their sewer tax bill.
