There are advantages and disadvantages to all that glass in a house. Here's a "window-full" home for sale in Piedmont.

Homes with a lot of windows are certainly popular with one segment of homeowners.

There are advantages and disadvantages. In a story on picture windows on the website "replacement windows for dummies," the author points out large windows allow in a lot of natural light as well as heat. They also can allow too much heat in and, if they aren't movable, can diminish ventaliation inside a house.
