One of the most expensive homes for sale in in the Piedmont-Oakland area right now is an 8,200-square-foot house in Piedmont.
The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom house is listed at $7.5 million. It's by far the most expensive home in town on the AOL real estate site. The closest is $2.4 million.
The least expensive home on the site is a bank-owned foreclosure at 1009 72nd Ave., Oakland. The 720-square-foot, two bedroom, one bathroom house is listed at $62,900. It's been on the market for more than a year.
