Does Measure A have a Senior Exemption that Anyone can Qualify for?

The following chart (also available at http://tiny.cc/36xyqw) is a survey of the top ten academically ranked School Distircts in the State and a partial list of local school districts that have a senior exemption. 

The Piedmont Measure A senior exemption, with SSI qualification, is not used elsewhere in California.

The income ceiling is extremely low, below the national poverty level.

Piedmont is the only top ten School District that does not provide an age only to qualify senior exemption, as do most school districts in our region.
