Freshman I-Search Projects on View May 2

PHS ninth graders will display their research on a wide variety of topics

Today's freshmen, tomorrow's researchers: see how Piedmont High School ninth graders have explored topics from car restoration to the Special Olympics at the I-Search Celebration and Viewing on Wednesday, May 2, at 7 p.m. in the multi-purpose room of Piedmont Middle School, 740 Magnolia Ave.

These 15-30 page documents represent nine weeks of writing, research and reflection. Students have also conducted interviews and site visits to show real-life examples of their chosen topics.

The program is hosted by the PHS English Department and organized by English Department Chair Beth Black and the PHS Parents Club. It is open to all interested students and their parents.
