PHS Principal Could Become Asst. Superintendent

PUSD Superintendent Connie Hubbard wants Randy Booker to fill the spot being vacated by David Roth.

Superintendent Connie Hubbard sent out a press release Friday morning announcing that she plans to recommend that Piedmont's school board appoint Piedmont High School as the new assistant superintendent in charge of educational services starting July 1. 

Hubbard that David Roth, who currently holds the assistant superintendent post, is leaving Piedmont to become the superintendent of the Buckeye Union School District in the Sierra foothills.

Hubbard expects all the district's administrative positions to be filled by the end of the current school year. She anticipated the school board would take action on the assistant superintendent appointment at their next scheduled meeting, June 8.
