Piedmont High Students' Art to See and Touch

Artists from the PHS AP Art class have a wide variety of art on display at the Piedmont Center for the Arts; ranging from 2D paintings, drawings and photographs to 3D art such as painted ukeleles

Thirteen AP Studio Art students from Piedmont High School have their work on display through April 29 at the .

According to the center, "As part of their AP portfolio, students design an artistic concept to explore through the course of their senior year in the media of their choice.

"The extended artistic study of a theme allow the student to experience what a practicing artist does as they work to both follow their artistic interests and create a cohesive body of 12 artworks."
