The Piedmont High School Men’s and Women’s Basketball coaching staffswill conduct two basketball shooting clinics on SUNDAY OCTOBER 19, 2008.Clinic #1 will be from 12:00-3:00 pm;Clinic #2 will be from 3:00-6:00 pm.Both clinics will be held in the Piedmont High School William “Binks”Rawlings Gymnasium, 800 Magnolia Avenue, Piedmont.
The clinics are open to all boys and girls ages 7-18. The cost is $60.
This clinic has been tremendously popular and has sold out for five yearsnow. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to learn from our coaching staff andthe Shot Doctor how to improve your shooting skills. We will teach you: propershot form and release; balance; accuracy; consistency; footwork; creating your ownshot; increasing your shooting range; shooting drills; finishing your shot; free-throw techniques and form; and other proper mechanics of shooting. Each camperwill be given a written evaluation.
