<p>Mountain View Cemetery, founded in 1863, is a historic cemetery designed by famous landscape architect Frederic Law Olmsted and nestled in the foothills of Oakland and Piedmont. It features spectacular grounds and sweeping views of the Bay Area. Facilities at the Cemetery include several chapels available for various services. The 226-acre cemetery has an array of interment options, a columbarium with indoor and outdoor niches, a mausoleum with a variety of crypts, and a crematorium.
