The article about Piedmont home prices is totally wrong--Dataquick reports all of the 96111 zip code…Read More as Piedmont, even though majority of sales in the zipcode in April were in Oakland, not Piedmont. Piedmont prices were dramatically higher compared to last years, with the median price double of what's listed in Dataquick. Best to retract this false posting.

No. .08 is DUI and .05 is not. Yes, a person may have had a drink, but would not show impairment…Read More unless mixed with some drugs (legal or illegal).
