Dr. Dan Peters
Dr. Dan Peters is co-founder and Executive Director of the Summit Center, http://summitcenter.us/. Dr. Peters has devoted his career to the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, and families, specializing in those who are gifted and twice-exceptional. He is passionate about helping parents and teachers to better engage children in the classroom, at home, and in life, so that they can realize their full potential. Dr. Peters speaks regularly at state and national conferences on a variety of gifted, learning, and parenting topics. Dr. Peters is co-author (with Dr. Susan Daniels) of Raising Creative Kids (Great Potential Press, 2013), and many other articles on topics related to giftedness, twice-exceptionality, dyslexia, and anxiety.
