Final Blair Park Master Plan Released
The city has yet to schedule a hearing date for review of the revised proposal.
Around 5:30 p.m. Friday, the city posted to its website final plans for the proposed development of Blair Park prepared by ELS Architect's Clarence Mamuyac on behalf of the Piedmont Recreational Facilities Organization (PRFO), which is backing the project.
