Village Market Back at Harvest Festival for 15th Year

For the 15th year in a row, Village Market will be at the Piedmont Harvest Festival, Sun., Sept 29, 11 a.m.-3 p.m., hosting its popular produce stand with beautiful fall fruit and vegetables on sale for low, Harvest Festival prices, and generously contributing the meats that are grilled and served.

“It’s always fun for us to be out in public, seeing so many of our customers at this event, and we enjoy knowing that everyone at the Festival values fresh, delicious food,” said Keith Trimble, who manages the family-owned business.   “Having Village Market participate in this annual Festival has become a popular tradition for our store.”

The popular Fix It Clinic is again being sponsored by the Piedmont Middle School’s “Green Team” this year, with trained engineers on hand to help Festival guests learn to repair appliances and other household items such as electronics, appliances, toys and computers.  The Green Team is learning how repairing items can conserve resources. Bring your nonworking items to their booth for an assessment, trouble-shooting and repair instructions.  You may walk away from the Festival with a like-new item!   If you have household items you would like to donate, the Fix It Clinic will repair them and they’ll be sold at Dress Best for Less, which benefits the Piedmont public schools.
