Mountain View Cemetery Hosts Tulip Show April 5-7

The exhibition of floral arrangements is free to the pubic. Meanwhile, tulips are in bloom on the cemetery grounds.

Mountain View Cemetery, 5000 Piedmont Ave., Oakland will host its 8th Annual Tulip Exhibition Friday, April 5, through Sunday, April 7, in the Tower Chapel. 

The exhibit will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day, with a floral arrangement demonstration at 2 p.m. Admission and parking are free, and no reservations are needed.

The show features floral arrangements by Bay Area florists, garden clubs and college floral design classes.

Mountain View Cemetery is located at the end of Piedmont Avenue one block beyond Pleasant Valley Avenue.
