Top Stories, Sept. 12-18: Library's Likely New Home, Pool Management, Musical Performance

The fate of the Piedmont Avenue branch library, turnover among the community pool staff, and inaugural concerts at the Piedmont Center for the Arts grabbed headlines in the past week.
