This annual event for kids (and pets) gives them an opportunity to show off their finest Halloween outfits.
The parade forms at 3 p.m. at the Village Park entrance closest to Bank of America. The parade starts around 3:30 p.m. and winds its way down Mountain Boulevard, turns right on La Salle Avenue, and then turns right on Moraga Avenue to return to the Park.
Merchants along the route have goodies to share and everyone lines the streets to cheer them on.
