4 Injured in String of Shootings in Oakland

At least four people were injured in a series of shootings in Oakland from Saturday evening to early this morning, according to police.
 
One person was shot around 5:15 p.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of 10th Street near Lowell Park in West Oakland. The victim was taken to a hospital in stable condition and is expected to survive.
 
Another West Oakland shooting occurred on 10th Street near Campbell Street about three hours later, leaving one person with a gunshot wound to the foot, according to Oakland police Officer J. Moore. One suspect fled the scene in a vehicle and has not been located, he said. A short time after midnight, a victim suffered a graze wound in a shooting near the intersection of Magee Avenue and Kansas Street in Oakland's Laurel District, Moore said.
 
At about 5:05 a.m., a person was shot in the 2100 block of East 12th Street, the officer said. That victim was taken to a hospital in stable condition. Moore said two suspects fled the scene. No suspects had been arrested in connection with any of the shootings as of this afternoon.
