With that in mind, we return this week with a look at some of the most expensive homes currently for sale in the Berkeley-Oakland region.

And at the top of the list, there's this five-bedroom, six-bathroom home at 150 Requa Road in Piedmont. It's listed at $7.4 million
The home, built in 1932, is 7,281 square feet and sits on two-thirds of an acre. It has a three-car garage, a wine cellar and manicured gardens.
