SOL Performance Boot Camp
A high-intensity class designed to push your limits and take your fitness to the next level. You don’t need to have athletic experience to participate, you just need the desire to build lean, proportioned muscles using techniques that are incorporated into the training routines of the world’s top athletes. SOL Performance Boot Camp combines elements of metabolic conditioning and resistance training
into a fitness class that’s high-intensity and incorporates
functionally diverse movements. And best of all, it’s great fun! Our program will have you pushing, pulling, pressing, dragging, lifting, carrying and so much more. You’ll work with toys such as tractor tires, sandbags,sleds, ropes, kettle bells, big rubber bands, and so much more. A daily session includes: dynamic range-of-motion and movement preparation, pillar strength, agility, total body strength conditioning and joint-specific flexibility.
